Policies

Shipping Info:  Stock orders usually ship within 2 business days.  Tracking info will be provided if available.  

Returns:  We strive for 100% satisfaction with every order.  If you are not satisfied with your stock order in the first 30 days we will return it and refund your purchase price less shipping.  If the item is incorrect or damaged we will replace it at no charge to you.  

Custom Orders:  Once a request is received, we will provide a design, quote, and a time line for your approval.  Custom items must be paid in full prior to shipment and  are not refundable unless they are damaged or incorrect.
